Keep children away from operating power
equipment.
Always wear the proper protective
equipment such as ear and eye protection. Gloves are also recommended for many
chores.
Use extreme caution when refueling
equipment that has been running. If possible, allow equipment to cool down prior to
refueling.
Keep electrical cords out of the path of
your electrical equipment.
Again, Don't let the children ride on the
lawn mower. This could have disastrous results.
Carefully secure all tools, insecticides,
etc. out of the reach of children.
Keep children away from the
barbecue. A child playing near or just being too close to the barbecue could be
severely burned or even killed should the unit be tipped over or some other problem occur.
NEVER use any liquid, other than the
recommended type of charcoal lighter fluid, to ignite your barbecue.
If you use propane or natural gas, inspect
the unit for leaks. Always ignite the unit immediately. DO NOT allow gas to free flow as this will
cause a concentration within the unit and could be the setting for an explosion.
Always stand off to the the side when
igniting a gas grill. DO NOT attempt to ignite the unit with the
top closed OR with your face over the grill.
In the event of a leak and/or fire, close
the gas valve, if possible. If the leak and/or fire
continues, or you cannot close the gas valve, Call
911.
