The Bushnell’s Basin Fire Association (BBFD), Incorporated protects the southwest area of the Town of Perinton, New York.
BBFD responded to almost 400 calls for assistance in 2007.
Bushnell’s Basin firefighters provide fire suppression, rescue, hazardous materials response, mutual aid and non-transport emergency medical services.
BBFD is an all volunteer organization staffed by more than 70 volunteers.
Along with emergency services, an on-going Public Education program is offered and last year more than 700 area children took part in that program. Safety training is also provided to local adult groups as well as employees of local businesses.

Our annual open house will be Sunday October 4th from 1-4PM.
There will be information on fire prevention and safety.
August 17 - New Heavy Rescue Coming SoonOur chiefs went out west to check the progress of our new heavy rescue truck. The truck is completed and should be on duty soon.
